Eat Mexican Food Adjusted for the Pinoy Palate
The second branch of Chef Dennis Uy's MexiMAMA Cocina Latina just opened last April 15, 2015 at the Hawkers' Center Gazebo of the Mactan Newtown. MexiMAMA is where you can eat Mexican food in Mactan Island but adjusted to suit the sweet-seeking Filipino palate.
Because of the good reception at MexiMAMA's first diner at the Marina Mall, Chef Dennis drew interest from locators at the Mactan Newtown prompting him to open a second branch.

The Man Who Ensures You Eat Great Mexican Food in Mactan Island
An accountant who pursued his passion for cooking, Chef Dennis is part of the team that opened and helped operate the pioneer Mexican restaurants here in Cebu, Philippines. His love for cooking also saw him work for some of the luxurious resorts and hotels here in Cebu and allowed him to travel the world while working on a cruise ship. Noting that the Mexican restaurants that operate in Cebu are quite expensive, he opened MexiMAMA to allow people to eat Mexican food at more affordable prices.
