What Is a Boot Camp and Who Can Join?

A boot camp program is a training program for groups conducted in Crossfit Pintados' box and led by its coaches. The program is designed for people who wants to lose weight, build strength, and fitness through a high intensity interval training done over a period of one (1) hour.  The workouts involve functional movements involving mostly body weight movements already done daily such as jumping, throwing, squatting, pulling, pushing, lifting, etc.

Participants will also be coached on their diet, using mostly a Paleolithic era diet. Nutrition will comprise 70% of the work while exercise will only be at 30% so it is important for participants to strictly follow their nutrition plans which will also be adjusted according to the circumstance of each participant.

Registration Fees and Class Schedules

For the first one hundred (100) program registrants, the registration fee is pegged at PhP 2,999. The regular registration fee is PhP 3,999. There will be daily 1-hour classes scheduled at 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. from Mondays through Fridays. Participants are encouraged to attend at least three (3) classes per week. 

Initial weigh-in will be done on 10 January 2016 at 8:00 a.m. The first class will start on 18 January 2016 at Crossfit Pintados Building at the E-Zone Paseo, F. Cabahug Street, Kasambagan, Cebu City, Philippines. This is right across Citi Park Hotel.
