Axis Entertainment Avenue Formally Opens

Axis Entertainment Avenue has been launched formally at The Vibo Place along Escario Street, Kamputhaw, Cebu City, Philippines. The grand launch was done last 14 April 2015, an event that was well-attended by many of Cebu's influential people.

Axis Entertainment Avenue

I first heard about Axis Entertainment Avenue at The Vibo Place during the Sinulog Festival 2016. The Vibo Place was the venue of Hyper Wonderland, one of the big parties done after the grand parade of the Sinulog. Back then, it was not fully operating and only a few stores were open. The strip style mall counts mostly themed restaurants as locators although Ricoh Copiers and Nikon Cameras also hold offices at Axis.

Restaurants at Axis Entertainment Avenue

Birdseed Breakfast Club

Birdseed Breakfast Club + Cafe is an all-day breakfast club that caters to all types of people: early risers, late wakers, and anything in between. Birdseed is actually diner lingo that means breakfast. They served Eggs Benedict and some bruschetta during the launch of Axis Entertainment Avenue.

Burger King

Burger King is my favorite place to purchase burger sandwiches at in Cebu, Philippines. Their store at Axis Entertainment Avenue is open 24 hours and also has a drive thru lane.

Ila Puti

Ila Puti now also has a branch at the Axis Entertainment Avenue to bring more of Asian soul food to more Cebuanos. They are open for lunch (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) and dinner (5 p.m. to 12 midnight on weeknights and 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. on weekend nights). Live acoustic music also entertains diners at Ila Puti.

Pigafetta

A sister restaurant of Zubuchon, Pigafetta is a restaurant named after Ferdinand Magellan's Italian chronicler who is the first Italian to have been recorded to set foot in Cebu or the Philippines. Pigafetta serves pizza, pasta, and other Italian dishes.

Señor Kimchi

A restaurant inspired by a Korean-Mexican fusion restaurant from Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. I tried their pepper bombs and kimchi rice at the grand launch and I loved it.

Starbucks

There are only less than a hundred Starbucks branches with a drive thru service across Asia and only three (3) are in the Philippines. The only one outside Metro Manila is located at the Axis Entertainment Avenue.

Suzukase Japanese Restaurant

Suzukase Japanese Restaurant not only aims to bring good Japanese food to the queen city of the south, but also the world-renowned impeccable  Japanese brand of excellent service.

I went to this place in first time with my husband on Tuesday night after work. The inside of Venues in NYC was quit big and had enough seats to sit and nice bar area. We had a few things, along with drinks and it was all good!
